These terms apply to the Flexnovate website and to services we provide. Flexnovate is registered in Karachi, Pakistan with operations in Toronto, Canada. By using this site or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
The exact scope, timeline and deliverables of any project are agreed with you in writing before work begins. Descriptions on this website are a general guide, not a fixed offer.
Project work is typically billed 50% upfront to start and 50% on completion. Retainers are billed monthly in advance. PKR is primary for Pakistan-based clients and USD for international clients, with conversion fixed at the invoice date.
Invoices more than 14 days overdue may incur a late fee of 2% per month, and work may be paused until payment clears.
Before work begins, you may receive a full refund minus payment gateway fees. During the initial concept stage, half of the upfront amount is refundable and half is retained as a concept fee. After concept approval, completed work is non-refundable, and once a project is delivered, refunds are not available.
Once you approve an initial creative direction, that direction is locked. Changing direction after approval may involve revision fees or a re-concept charge. After three client-initiated concept changes, we may delay delivery, re-quote or close the project, refunding any remaining unbilled fees.
Work on an eCommerce website begins once you have provided all required product data, imagery, inventory, shipping and payment details.
The Flexnovate name, logo and website content belong to Flexnovate. Ownership of the final work we deliver transfers to you as set out in your project agreement, once payment is complete.
Some portfolio items, testimonials and figures on this website may be clearly labelled samples used for illustration and are not presented as verified client results.
We work hard to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as is and are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from its use.
